The studio

These terms govern https://tinyads.space. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use tinyADs for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

You must be 18 or older and able to form a contract under Indian law.

The service

tinyADs is an AI commercial-production studio. You describe an ad, optionally attach a still or logo, and we run a production pipeline that generates video, speech, and a music bed. Output is a short film (typically 6–30 seconds), not a human film crew. Films longer than 15 seconds are cut from a sequence of clips.

Generation quality depends on your brief, still, and the models. We do not guarantee a specific look, platform approval, or advertising result.

Your content

You keep the rights in the brand assets, logos, product stills, and copy you upload. You grant us a licence to store and process them solely to run the studio for you.

You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you upload, and that the ad you ask us to make will not infringe someone else’s rights or break advertising law.

You may use generated films for your own commercial advertising. We do not claim ownership of your brand. We may keep internal copies needed to operate the pipeline and to handle disputes.

Credits and plans

Credits are a prepaid usage meter, not cash, not a stored-value instrument, and not transferable. Free-trial credits are a gift and have no cash value.

Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay as one-time checkout for a credit pack. Credits are added only after the payment signature is verified.

Prices on the site include GST if we are required to charge it; otherwise they are the amount collected at checkout. We may change list prices; the amount you already paid does not change.

Acceptable use

Do not use the studio for illegal ads, adult sexual content involving minors, scams, malware, or to impersonate a person or brand you do not represent.

Do not attack the service, scrape other users’ projects, or resell raw API access to the generators.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, including chargeback abuse.

Availability

The studio may be down for maintenance, model outages, or force majeure. Credits are not charged for a job that never starts. A job that fails after the provider accepted it is refunded in credits, not rupees, unless the Refund Policy says otherwise.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, tinyADs is not liable for lost profits, lost campaigns, or indirect loss. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where that limit would be unlawful.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Material changes to paid features will be announced in the studio or by email.
