Who we are

tinyADs (“we”, “us”) is an online commercial-production studio at https://tinyads.space. We operate from India. This policy explains what we collect when you use the studio, why we use it, and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

What we collect

Account data: name, email address, password hash (we never store your password in plain text), and sign-in identifiers if you use Google or X.

Studio data: project briefs, scripts, brands, logos, stills you upload, generated videos, and the prompts the director writes to produce them.

Billing data: plan, credit balance, and Razorpay order / payment identifiers. Card, UPI, and netbanking details are collected by Razorpay, not by us. We do not see or store full card numbers.

Usage data: generations, credit charges, device/browser needed to keep you signed in, basic server logs to keep the service secure, and first-party page views (path, approximate city/country from the network, device type). We do not store IP addresses. We do not use advertising pixels.

Why we use it

To create and run your account, produce ads, store your files, and show you the studio.

To take payment in Indian rupees, add credits after a verified Razorpay payment, and handle refunds.

To prevent abuse, debug failures, and meet legal duties (tax, dispute, law-enforcement requests that are valid under Indian law).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your brand assets to train public models for other customers.

Who we share with

Razorpay — to create orders, verify signatures, and process UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets.

Video and image providers (currently xAI Imagine, and Seedance when configured) — only the brief, still, and prompts needed to generate the requested ad.

Hosting and database providers that run tinyads.space.

We share data when Indian law requires it. We do not sell lists.

How long we keep it

Account, projects, and media stay while the account is open.

Payment records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require (generally eight years).

You may ask us to delete your account and project files. We will keep only what the law says we must (for example a paid invoice).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing by closing the account.

Write to hello@tinyads.space from the email on the account. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is accepting complaints.

Children

tinyADs is for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has an account, tell us and we will delete it.

Security and transfers

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls. Generation files are stored with signed URLs, not public guessable links.

Some processors (video generation) may run outside India. We only send what is needed to produce your ad.
