Cancellation & refunds

Effective 31 August 2026

How rupee refunds work for Razorpay credit packs, unused credits, and failed charges.

What you are buying

tinyADs sells digital production credits and generated video files. There is no physical product. Checkout is in Indian rupees through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets).

Credits are added to your account only after Razorpay payment is verified. A closed checkout window does not charge you.

When we refund rupees

Duplicate or failed captures that still deducted money — full refund of that capture, usually raised by Razorpay automatically.

Unused paid credits: you may request a refund within 7 days of payment if you have not started a paid production (no video, still, or render job billed against those credits).

If some of the pack has been used, we may refund the unused portion at our discretion, calculated from the pack price and remaining credits.

We do not refund Free-plan trial credits, completed productions, or credits already spent on a job that returned a file.

Change of mind after a film has generated is not a defect. You can regenerate shots inside the studio using remaining credits.

How to ask

Open Contact, choose topic “Refund”, and include the Razorpay payment id (pay_…) or the email used at checkout. You can also write hello@tinyads.space.

We review requests within 3 business days. Approved rupee refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually show them in 5–7 business days; UPI is often faster.

Cancellations

There is no recurring subscription in the current checkout. Each paid plan is a one-time credit pack. Stopping use of the studio does not by itself create a refund — see the unused-credit rule above.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. Closing does not automatically refund leftover credits; ask first if you want rupees back.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a valid, delivered payment with your bank instead of writing to us, we may pause the account while the dispute is open. Talk to us first — it is faster.
